Overdue

We finally got a new lap top!!!  So here are all the pictures we've missed out on.  Jaxon has been busy growing up and getting into everything.  He is such a good baby and I love every minute of my time with him!  Enjoy!

Still here!

Yes we are still here.  I can't believe its been 2 whole months since I've posted anything.  Unfortunately our computer is broke so I can't post any pictures.  Which is really too bad cause we have one cute little boy on our hands!  Since my last post Jaxon is a very mobile little guy.  He learned to crawl at the end of February and learned to pull himself up to things shortly after that.  He walks along the couch and the tv stand and the bed and everything else!  And a couple weeks ago he got really good at climbing the stairs!  He says "mama" a lot and still says "baba" for daddy.  (he thinks an actual baba is called a shake shake shake :))  He still loves his Heber and plays really good with Houston.  And has recently discovered that he loves being outside!  He doesn't love the grass but he loves the dirt and rocks and sticks!  He is getting so big!  Last month he broke two teeth on the bottom!  They are so cute and mama is so glad that they finally came through!  Since they have, Jaxon is such a good sleeper (which daddy is most thankful for)!!!  I am so excited for this summer and all the fun we are going to have.  And as soon as we get a new computer I will be posting lots of pictures of our sweet boy!!!

Jaxon 7 Months!!!

 A little late posting Jax's 7 months pictures.  He is actually almost 8 months now!  And his big news... He learned how to crawl this month!!!  It was so fun being home with Jaxon the day he learned how to crawl.  I was a very proud Mama!  I was even able to get it on video for Adam!  These great pictures were taken at Nana and Papa's dance studio a couple weeks ago.  Enjoy!

Hair Cuts!

Thanks to some awesome coupons we had to Sport Clips, Adam and Jaxon both got their hair cut for $5 each!!!  And look how handsome they are!  

And then they played blocks!  It was so stinkin' cute!  Every time Adam would build something Jax would scream for it.  It was really funny!

Jaxon is 7 months now and is oh so fun!!!  I love watching him grow up!  Things I want to remember about him are:

He loves playing with his toys.  Especially when Daddy plays with him.
He loves to watch Super Why in the mornings on Mommy's bed.
He likes sweet potatoes and loves fries.
I swear he says Mama when he is sad.
He plays peek-a-boo all by himself.
He thinks a baba is called a "shake shake shake"
He no longer likes to lay down in the tub.
He crawls... Backwards.
He loves his Mommy!!!  And his Daddy!!!
He is not a snuggley baby. :(
He thinks it is funny when I brush my teeth :)
He loves Heber!

And he is quite the talker!  I love is baby babbles!

Happy New Years!!!

I am honestly so sad to see 2011 go.  This year was probably my favorite one yet.  Mostly because I became a Mommy.  I have had to much fun raising my son.  I am so grateful for him.  It amazing me everyday that Heavenly Father entrusted such a sweet spirit to me.  I don't feel worthy enough for such a call as to be Jaxon's mother.  Half of this year was spent waiting anxiously for our little boy to join us and the other half has been spent getting to know him.  He is perfect!  This year has definitely had its ups and downs.  Two days after Jax was born we said goodbye to Grandpa Great.  I miss him.  I had the pleasure of having such a good relationship with my Grandpa.  I can't wait till we meet him again!  This was a big year for us for sure and has definitely been life changing but we have enjoyed our blessing and our trials and look forward to another great year!  We partied the night away at Grandma Sue Sue's house!  Grandpa Day made YUMMY hamburgers and we hung out for a while.  Although the babies were tired and so we came home way before midnight, we still had so much fun!

 After about 2 minutes of trying to get all 5 kids to sit still and look at the camera we gave up.  This is the best we could do.  Sorry Grandma. 

 This little boy however was super good for pictures.  Look how stinkin cute he is!!!

Belly Up!!!

For a few months now we have been trying to get Jaxon to eat solid food.  As much as he loves to watch people eat we thought he would love to try out his own food.  But he was less than interested.  Until a couple weeks ago he finally found something worth eating... Sweet Potatoes!!!  I never thought that my baby would like sweet potatoes but he loves them.  And when he eats really good he even gets a cookie to suck on afterwards.  Meal time around our house is much different now.  I miss just regular bottle feedings.  Baby food is so messy!  I hate clean up!  And I'm not very patient to sit and feed him at his slow pace...  But we are learning together!  Love, love, love this baby boy!!!  Enjoy!
