Thankful For...

1.  My wonderful husband!  He is the best husband a girl could ask for and such a good daddy!  I love watching him play with Jaxon and I am so grateful for the service he renders me!  Love you Babe!
2.  My baby boy!  Where would my life be without you and your sweet smile?  You have made my life feel complete.  You teach me patience and love.  I love being your mommy!
3.  My Savior.  Without Christ I wouldn't have the life that I have now and cherish so deeply.  I am so grateful so the many opportunities I've had to start over and make things right.
4.  The power of prayer.  Without this wonderful blessings life would be so different.  I am grateful that I can kneel and offer a prayer for help or just to have someone to talk to.  Someone who knows all the answers.
5.  The priesthood.  And a worthy husband who holds such priesthood.  I am grateful for the many blessings I have received throughout my life of encouragement and of healing.  I have watched many people be healed through the power of the priesthood and am so grateful for it.
6.  Trials.  Has hard as they are, they are always uplifting in the end.
7.  Stability.  I am so grateful that Adam has a good job that he can support our family so that I can spend so much time with our son.  He is such a hard worker.
8.  My parents and Adam's parents.  I can't imagine where we would be without such great support behind us cheering us on in all that we do!  I am so grateful for their example and especially their unconditional love.
9.  My nieces and nephews.  I love these kids so much!  I love watching their sweet spirits grow and how innocent they are!  They truly show me how to be, "...as a little child..."
10.  My sisters!!!  I love being so close to my sisters and for how much they ALL help me.  Every time I have a question about anything I always know I can call one of my wonderful sisters.  They are all such good examples to me.

5 Months!!!

Yes that's right our little guy is already 5 months old!!!  I can't believe it!  I love watching him grow up!  His big accomplishment this past month is learning to roll over!!!  And no one even got to see it...  He was laying on the floor at my mom's house and she walked out to get the mail.  When she came back in he was on his tummy instead of his back!!!  What a trickster!  He has been so much fun lately.  And also so sick.  He has had a cold and has been so congested but he still humored me and let me take his pictures.  Enjoy!

Yes that is a whopper's wrapper he is playing with.  It was the only thing that would keep him happy :)

Mickey Mouse is Jaxon's FAVORITE toy!!!  Aunt Kara was in Disney Land when he was born she brought it home for him.  His face always lights up when I give him Mickey!!!

Mama and baby!!!  I love this little guy so much!!!

4 Months

I can't believe our baby boy is 4 months old already.  It breaks my heart at how fast he is growing up but it is so fun to watch him learn new things.  He is getting so big!!!  He still loves his baths and still hates getting his boogies sucked.  He loves playing with toys!  He has gotten so good at grabbing his toys and playing.  He is learning how to rollover.  The other day he rolled from his tummy to his back and he tries so hard to go from back to tummy.  And we are pretty sure he is teething cause he is one slobbery baby and constantly chewing on his hands.  He loves to hear himself scream.  Loud!  Its so funny!!!  And he loves his Uncle Jesse :)  Jesse is the only one who can get the good giggles out of him.  It is so cute!

HE PASSED!!!

After 4 very long months Adam FINALLY passed his Series 24 test.  A couple weeks before Jax was born Adam got a promotion at work and had to pass a test to basically get a license to supervise other reps.  He has been working so hard and using all his spare time to study.  Me and Jaxon have missed him so much.  I am so excited that he can actually go with us to do fun things now and that the stress of it all is gone!  Someone was so excited that they went far and beyond and decorated Adam's car :) Enjoy!

Good Job Adam!!!  We are so so proud!!!

hair cut...

I finally gave in and cut Jaxon's hair.  It was a bit on the long side so him and I headed out to the front porch one night and chopped away!  I really only trimmed it, I think anyways.  I don't really know how to cut hair but I think it turned out pretty dang cute!  Julie was nice enough to take some pictures of our chunky little guy!  Enjoy...

Lately we have been finding Jax like this in the mornings.  It is really kinda funny :)

And we are all geared up for football!!!

What a handsome boy we have!  I have been having such a blast watching him grow up and discover new things!  And I am proud to say he is quite the mama's boy :)
